Can I "RGB-ify" my setups?

I recently purchased an RGB light bar for my room, and thought it would be interesting to "RGB-ify" (yes I know that's made a up term) my setups. Currently I have two setups, both of which are in the same room as each other. In between the setups is a lamp, which currently uses two incandescent light bulbs. I haven't gotten the RGB light bulbs yet, but I am interested in getting them.
